Week 3 - Return to the Workforce

Well the inevitable time for Lee to return work has arrived. There are several fears that a new dad has when they have to return to work after being on the customary US two week paternity leave:

• the shocking reality that your job = food on the table for your child
• concern for the sanity of your spouse after 8hrs of your absence and in the presence of a ravenous milk sucker
• you might enjoy the 'peace and quiet' of the workplace
  

These and similar concerns were certainly not discussed in the fatherhood classes that came before fatherhood.

Also leave it up to Murphy's Law that Lia (and Lisa) catch a cold during this same week. Lia's feeling better now. Lisa, not so much. Who would have thought that perpetual exhaustion wasn't conducive for quick cold recovery?
